By uploading content to Eliveth, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload.
6. Limitation of Liability
Eliveth is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform or services. In no event shall Eliveth be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform.
7. Payment & Refunds
All purchases are final. No refund is provided for payment. Items bought on Eliveth shop can be replaced with proof that it arrived damaged. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
8. Termination
Eliveth reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms & Conditions.
9. Changes to Terms
Eliveth reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of Eliveth following the posting of modified Terms & Conditions will be deemed acceptance of the modifications.
